About the Webconference
Building upon the idea of increasing flexibility and reducing burnout in campaigns, as highlighted in the first of this two-part series, this webconference presents our second identified option to evolve campaign strategy: the “mini-campaign.”
An emerging model, the mini-campaign is a more targeted campaign strategy around a specific priority, in which all components of the traditional campaign are downsized. This presentation walks through the critical questions that need to be considered to launch and execute a mini-campaign and provides examples from member institutions that have taken this targeted approach.
