Course Planning Optimization (CPO) Intensive: Planning Spring 2024 Course and Section Offerings

Participants will learn how to use the Course Planning and Course Analysis tabs in the Course Planning Optimization (CPO) dashboard to make informed course and section planning decisions. Both tabs contain various analyses, such as historical course and student progress data and course forecasts, to help users understand anticipated student demand and identify courses or sections that may need adjustment.

Session

In this session, attendees will have the opportunity to follow along in their institution’s CPO dashboard and complete a guided worksheet. This is a great opportunity for new CPO users and more tenured users looking for a refresher for the spring 2024 term.

This session is best suited for Provosts, Associate Provosts, Deans, Department Chairs, Academic Affairs, and other individuals involved in the course planning process.
