About Our Past Event

The last few years have shown us the importance of the campus. Students prioritize physical investments in their decisions about where to enroll, and investments in space are an essential component of ambitious sustainability targets and goals. However, Facilities organizations are stretched thin, facing major challenges caused by looming retirements, deferred maintenance, recruitment shortfalls, and more complicated systems to manage.

In this roundtable session, Facility and Estate leaders will hear the results from EAB’s annual State of Facilities survey and will have the opportunity to:

  • Examine the current state of higher education and the impact it's having on Facilities organizations
  • Analyze the results of EAB’s industry survey detailing the ways organizations are addressing core challenges around talent management, space utilization, sustainability goals, and other priorities
  • Engage in small group conversations around a special selection of pressing campus topics
