About Our Past Event
As institutions evolve to meet the complex needs of today’s students, many Student Affairs divisions are examining the long list of reporting units and considering reorganizing to maximize efficiency. There are many drivers of organizational changes, including strategic talent management, resource reduction, and a growing need for cross-institutional collaboration.
Join EAB as we host a Roundtable discussion with Vice Presidents, Student Affairs, who will engage their peers in the critical examination of the effective organization of the modern student affairs division.
Sessions are best suited for Vice Presidents, Student Affairs. Registration for each session is limited to one attendee per institution.
