Next Generation Academic Planning Migration Cohort

This cohort will consist of three webinars designed to familiarize institutions with Next Generation Academic Planning, understand their plans for template publishing and maintenance, and equip them with the information needed to complete the migration to Next Generation AP in winter 2023. We recommend that at least one representative from each institution in the cohort join each session and sessions will be recorded for those not able to join live.

About Our Past Event

This cohort will consist of three webinars designed to familiarize institutions with Next Generation Academic Planning, understand their plans for template publishing and maintenance, and equip them with the information needed to complete the migration to Next Generation AP in winter 2023. Session registration is only available to the institutions included in the winter 2023 Next Generation Academic Planning cohort.

During this session, we’ll provide an overview of Next Generation Academic Planning functionality, discuss key milestones in the migration cohort, and provide an overview of next steps.

This session will offer a hands-on training on building, editing, and publishing templates in the Content Administration Tool for Next Generation Academic Planning. We will demo building new multi-goal plans in the CAT and discuss best practice strategies for sustainable template building and maintenance.

In the final session of the cohort, we’ll review the final steps to launch Next Generation Academic Planning to your end users. We’ll review available resources, discuss the sign-off process, and finalize next steps.
