Three Imperatives for Optimizing F&A Education and Advocacy Efforts

This event has passed.
In this webconference, attendees will learn three imperatives for improving F&A communication.

About the Webconference

Poor communication about facilities and administrative (F&A) funding has contributed to ongoing misunderstanding and the perpetuation of false myths among internal and external stakeholders.

In this webconference, the first in a two-part series, attendees will learn three imperatives for improving F&A communication. To convince stakeholders of the value of F&A, chief research offers (CROs) and their teams need to combine broad, general F&A messaging with targeted messages that align with stakeholders' priorities and interests, including federal lawmakers, state lawmakers, faculty and staff, and the public at large. The webconference will provide talking points that resonate with particular audiences, strategies for customizing messages for each stakeholder group, and best-in-class communication campaigns and collateral.
