Aaron Rutledge

Aaron Rutledge is a Senior Strategic Leader within the Member Success Technology team at EAB. In this capacity, Aaron works with four-year institutions to optimize their student success efforts by aligning our student success technology with institutional goals and priorities. In his role Aaron works closely with university leadership teams to manage strategy, training & support, impact analysis and long-term initiative management.

Prior to this role, Aaron has a strong background on university campuses where he has worked to create new retention and student success-based programs, collaborated across campus, and utilized data to inform decisions. Aaron lives in Washington, DC, and enjoys spending time eating his way through the city and serving on the Board of the Human Rights Campaign.
