Amanda came to the firm in 2012, serving in a series of roles before coming to her current position as an Associate Principal. In her time with the firm she has worked with more than 40 colleges and universities across the country helping them work toward, and understand the tradeoffs of, pursuing their institutional goals through strategic aid policy. She also manages the development and implementation of the net price calculator (NPC) product and in that capacity has worked with more than 80 institutions.
Having attended a small, rural institution for her undergraduate work, Amanda believes strongly in the value of a well-rounded liberal arts education as a cornerstone of American democracy and it’s what compelled her to dedicate her time to helping colleges and universities thrive.
Amanda earned a B.A. in Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College. She also holds a Master’s of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs of the University of Minnesota with a concentration on nonprofit management and higher education.
