Andrina Musser

Andrina Musser is a Strategic Leader at EAB who supports partners across both the Starfish and Navigate 360 platforms as part of EAB’s Student Success Collaborative. Since joining the Starfish team in 2015, Andrina has held multiple roles centered on helping institutions translate technology into measurable student success outcomes.

She partners closely with higher education leaders to align EAB’s student success technologies with institutional strategies for retention, persistence, and equitable outcomes. Through regular strategy and advisory sessions with senior campus stakeholders, Andrina helps bridge the gap between vision and execution—leveraging analytics, workflow design, and change management to enable data-driven decision-making.

Her expertise spans the implementation and optimization of EAB’s Analytics solutions and Student Success Management tools, with specialized experience supporting both large four-year institutions and graduate programs seeking to strengthen holistic student support.

When not collaborating with EAB partners, Andrina enjoys time with her son and can often be found exploring theme parks, cooking, gardening, or relaxing by the beach.
