Andrina Musser is a Senior Strategic Leader at EAB who supports Starfish partners as part of the broader Student Success Collaborative. Andrina joined the Starfish team in 2015 and has served in various roles over the years, all with a focus on partner success. She serves as a primary contact for large four-year institutions and has expertise in using our Analytics solutions to allow for data driv
Education
Andrina graduated magna cum laude from St. Leo University with a B.A. in psychology. From there, she went to University of Tennessee Knoxville to earn a Master of Science in social work with an evidenced-based interpersonal practice focus.
As part of her Master’s program she completed a Practicum with Loudon County Schools to focus on School Social Work (2006), and worked in the University of South Florida’s Kinship Center to focus on children being raised by relative caregivers.
