Bob leads the digital experience across the brand agency team responsible for engaging audiences and bringing education brands to life across all digital channels in a way that drives results. He works closely with partners, brand strategists, digital strategists and creatives, to ensure that there is a strong connection between how a brand is perceived and acted upon online and offline. He is passionate about working cross-functionally with teams during research, strategy, creative, analytic and reporting phases to ensure that our partners’ brands are seamlessly integrated across channels.
Prior to his current role, Bob led UX strategy for Capital One. In this capacity, Bob was responsible for planning and managing a customer-centric design strategy across multiple small business and consumer products. Fun fact: you can see Bob’s face on 20,000 ATMs across the country.
In his spare time, Bob enjoys reading, coaching, and investing in real estate.
Bob holds a B.A. in Communication Arts & Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
