Brian is an experienced IT leader and manager, having spent over 20 years in both higher education and as a consultant serving public and private sector clients. Prior to joining EAB, Brian served on the Information Security teams at George Washington University and the University of Maryland, College Park. Brian is an experienced IT leader and manager, having spent over 20 years in both higher education and as a consultant serving public and private sector clients. Prior to joining EAB, Brian served on the Information Security teams at George Washington University and the University of Maryland, College Park. As a consultant, Brian worked in both Advisory and Assurance practices at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At EAB, Brian is responsible for the development and implementation of information security strategy, as well as building a team of information security professionals to manage information risk for both EAB and its partners.
Outside of work, Brian is active across the information security industry, both as a mentor and participant in several working groups. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and geeking out on baseball statistics.
Education
Brian has Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Masters in Business Administration, both from the University of Maryland at College Park.
