Courtney is a Strategic Leader with EAB and is part of the dedicated consultant team for EAB’s Student Success Collaborative. She has over fifteen years’ experience in higher education specifically in student development, registration and records, academic advising, learning support, and student success management. She was previously an Application Administrator for Navigate at her former institution.
As a Strategic Leader consultant, she helps higher education institutions optimize their student success efforts by aligning institutional goals and priorities with our Student Success Management System, Navigate, managing the end-to-end relationship, from onboarding to platform implementation strategy, through training and ongoing consulting support, as well as conducting data analyses to identify areas of actionable insights.
In her free time, Courtney loves traveling with family and managing her daughters’ sports and activities.
Education
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston College and then received her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration in Student Affairs from Loyola University Chicago.
