D.J. Erickson

D.J. Erickson joined EAB in 2019 as an Associate Principal in Financial Aid Optimization, working with college & university enrollment leaders to develop financial aid policy and strategy to meet their goals. His path to the firm includes 10 years’ work in higher education, most recently in law school admissions at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Prior to that, he worked in undergraduate admissions at St. Olaf College, during which time he maintained an active role on the Admissions Practices and Government Relations Committees of Minnesota’s ACAC.

Students have always been and remain at the heart of his work. D.J.’s career began in college access, working with low-income, first-generation college students during two terms of AmeriCorps service with College Possible, in addition to two years of teaching in South Korea and Thailand. Outside of work, you can find D.J. cooking, traveling, playing percussion in a community wind ensemble, and volunteering in local schools.
