Elise West has worked on higher education software development since 2016. At EAB, she focuses on delivering software updates that assist with enrollment, improve student success, and reduce institution staff members’ workloads.
Prior to working in higher education, Elise spent over 10 years in various K-12 education positions and also spent 4 years at IBM redesigning software processes for the Federal government. In addition, she envisioned and led the expansion of the volunteer-run nonprofit Young Education Professionals from a local DC chapter to 14 chapters across the United States.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys discovering new neighborhoods by foot, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is a huge American Ninja Warrior fan.
Elise holds a Master in Business Administration from University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from University of Maryland-College Park, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a proud Education Pioneers alumna.
