As a Senior Strategic Leader, Ellie delivers strategies and programs that support her client institutions’ goals around enrollment sustainability, growth, and service to students of all types. Ellie’s service to her clients is supported by her internal team of creative directors, data scientists, and project managers who have a deep understanding of each partner’s strategy and brand.
Having grown up on a college campus as the daughter of a professor, and later working at small private and large public institutions in admissions and advancement, Ellie has long been a passionate supporter of the mission of higher education. Ellie has an especially broad range of experiences in working with regional private institutions across the nation as they face the headwinds of a changing higher education landscape.
Ellie attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a focus on behavioral neuroscience, and a minor in Women’s Studies. Her research on paternal behavior patterns in California deer mice was published in two peer-reviewed journals thanks to funding from the Schapiro Undergraduate Research Fellowship. Upon graduation Ellie was awarded the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation Award for prioritizing service to others over self-interest.
