Fiona Cavise
Associate Director, Technology Partner Support
Fiona has been working with the Navigate Student Success Management System for 5+ years. As an Associate Director on the Technology Partner Support Team, she focuses on developing and facilitating training programs for Application and Content Administrators. The goal for these programs is to ensure that administrators have resources at their fingertips for the optimal Navigate set-up at their institution.
Fiona enjoys answering any and all questions she receives about Navigate configuration capabilities, but she specializes in the Navigate Student products. Prior to joining the Partner Support Team, Fiona oversaw Navigate implementations for more than 20 institutions. Outside of her work at EAB, Fiona likes to dance, try new baking recipes, and spend time outdoors.
