Ginai Seabron is an EAB Launch Consultant, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, goal setting and training of the Navigate implementation process. Utilizing previous experience as a Navigate user, Ginai specializes in user friendly expectations and configurations during implementation.
Prior to EAB Ginai served as a Student Success Coach at Virginia Tech, where she led the implementation of a new Living Learning Community, Ujima, that places a special emphasis Black culture enrichment, academic and professional excellence, and experience in society. She also facilitated re-enrollment courses, conducted academic advising meetings, and directed the coordination of a scholarship and grant.
Outside of EAB, Ginai is a traveling motivational speaker, professional tutor for k-12 students, Richmond Virginia philanthropist, and swim instructor based in her hometown of Richmond, Virginia.
Ginai graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in nanoscience, making her the first African American female nanonscientist in Virginia. She later obtained a Master's in higher education and administration, as well as a Graduate Certificate in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
