Her work focuses on emerging program formats and content trends, including the Forum’s annual analysis of national labor market trends.
Grace spent her first three years on the Professional & Adult Education Forum producing customized research to help members evaluate program proposals and generate ideas for programming relevant to regional workforce needs.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys exploring DC’s restaurants and museums and reading with her book club. She is an avid crafter, most recently learning to create ceramics on a pottery wheel.

Grace holds a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, where she double majored in community health and peace and justice studies.
