Heather Darrow, MS Ed.

Senior Strategic Leader

Heather has a combined 15 years in Higher Education, serving mainly in the area of student success as Retention Coordinator, Academic Advisor, and Early Alert Coordinator. In her current role as Senior Strategic Leader, Heather leverages her education and experience to help partners craft a vision for student success and drive them toward impact by setting clear and measurable objectives in alignment with their Strategic goals and developing strategies to achieve those objectives, while mitigating risk and celebrating wins along the way.

Heather motivates and inspires her team to meet and exceed their goals and effectively implements strategies to sustain a competitive advantage. She serves as resource and mentor to her pool as well as the larger Strategic Leader team, empowering colleagues to connect purpose to individual work and stay mindful of their impact on student success.

Heather enjoys exploring new places with her goldendoodle, Auggie, and occasionally spending time with human friends and family.
