Holly Chatham

Dr. Holly Chatham is a Principal Strategic Leader. She partners with senior leaders at large public and private institutions to apply EAB's research to campus strategy. Holly brings deep experience in higher and secondary education from her previous roles at Yale University, where she taught in a highly selective Master's program, Rutgers University, Chatham Hall, The Lawrenceville School, and Marymount School, where she developed a new school-wide curriculum and extracurricular program in the arts.

Alongside her academic and administrative career, Holly was a concert pianist and harpsichordist, performing throughout the U.S., U.K., and Mexico.
