Jessica King, Ed.D.

Associate Director, Technology Partner Experience

Jessica King is an Associate Director with EAB. In this capacity, she specifically supports both partners and colleagues as we leverage technology and research best practices in alignment withinstitutional goals and prioritiesfor student success. Just prior to joining EAB, Jessica served as Dean of Student Success at a regional, private institution and led student success initiatives at-large, including the implementation of Starfish and the move to a professional advising model. She spent over 14 years working primarily in campus-bases roles in functional areas that have also included admissions, advising, honors education, fraternity and sorority life, and student activities.

Jessica’s varied interests are unified by her passion for holistic student success initiatives that center student wellness and mental health in the student experience. Outside of work, Jessica is a committed dog mom, avid reader, enthusiastic traveler, and reluctant DIYer who enjoys volunteering her time for a variety of causes.
