Jessica is a Strategic Leader on EAB’s Student Success Partner Success Team. In this role, Jessica partners with higher education institutions to maximize impact and make data driven decisions aligned with EAB’s Student Success Collaborative goals. Jessica is passionate about supporting institutions as they strive to provide innovative and impactful educational experiences to their students.
Prior to joining EAB, Jessica served as a leader in Academic Success and Academic Advising at Clemson University. She coordinated academic advisor training and professional development resources and collaborated with campus partners to implement key student success initiatives. Jessica also provided leadership for academic advising and coaching services for priority student populations. In other roles, Jessica served as both an academic advisor and academic coach, coordinated advising and mentorship opportunities for students pursuing careers in healthcare, and facilitated campus conversations around intercultural competence and inclusive excellence.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, exploring her local botanical gardens, and attending various sporting events.
Education
Jessica holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership: Higher Education from Clemson University. Her award-winning research examined how social media influences socialization and sense of belonging among doctoral students. Jessica also holds a Master of Science degree in Higher Education Administration from Florida State University and Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Clemson University.
