Jo is an analyst in EAB’s strategic research department. She serves as a researcher with the Independent School Executive Forum, where she conducts best practice research to address the top challenges facing independent schools today. Her research with the forum has centered on talent management, including faculty recruiting and hiring and developing the next generation of school leaders.
Prior to joining EAB, Jo worked at a digital media and events company conducting new market research and heading events for their Austin, TX market. When she’s not at work, you’ll can find Jo cooking, traveling, or cheering on the seasonal DC sports team.
Jo holds a M.A. in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Student Affairs and a B.A. in Communications, both from Boston College. Jo is also an alumnus of Georgetown Day School, an independent school in Washington, DC.
