Kalikolehua Kellett-Forsyth

Kalikolehua is a Director for Partner Development within EAB’s K-12 practice, working closely with school district leaders across the country to identify how EAB can support them in addressing their most pressing challenges. Kalikolehua (or Kaliko or Kiki, as her friends and colleagues like to call her) is responsible for introducing Superintendents and their teams to EAB’s District Leadership Forum, developing consultative partnerships, and onboarding new partners.

She fell in love with the education profession after teaching English in Argentina on a Fulbright scholarship, and has been working for EAB since moving to Washington, D.C. in 2016. Daughter to a mother from Hawaii and a father from Virginia and growing up in Germany, Kaliko is a bit of a cultural mix. She is fluent in German and Spanish, loves music, anything outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
