Khadish O. Franklin is a Director in EAB’s Research Advisory Services and serves as an expert on student success. The Academic Strategy Team houses EAB’s experts in academic affairs, student success, and university budget models, and is responsible for driving value for our partner institutions through consensus building, decision support, and guidance on best practices implementation.
Khadish has spent his entire career working in higher education holding roles in policy organizations, research centers, and university teaching and administration. Prior to coming to EAB, he served as the Associate Director and Senior Researcher at the Pell Institute for the Study of Opportunity in Higher Education. He was also a co-author of the widely cited annual publication of Indicators of Higher Education Equity in the United States and chair of the Student Financial Aid Research Network (SFARN) Conference. Khadish has also worked for the Georgia Student Finance Commission, the Institute for Higher Education Policy, the University of Maryland, the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), and Florida State University. From these experiences, Khadish has gained passion for helping institutions improve educational opportunity and outcomes for all students.
Khadish earned a MS in Higher Education from Florida State University and a BA in Communication from the University of Arkansas.
