Khalil Payne is a researcher on EAB’s short-term Market Insights team specializing in higher education’s labor and competitive market trends. He also serves as one of the Canadian Institutional experts on the short-term Market Insights team. His workload consists of projects that provide data-driven insights and recommendations for EAB partner’s existing program portfolios, proposed programs, curricula, recruitment practices, and potential market opportunities.

Khalil Payne graduated magna cum laude from Howard University, with a Bachelor’s in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. During his tenure at Howard University, Khalil was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the National Society of Leadership of Leadership and Success.
