Lex Ruby-Howe is a Managing Director of Partner Development team at EAB. In her capacity as Managing Director, Lex oversees the go-to-market strategy for a suite of platforms for prospective partner universities and colleges in North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia-New Zealand.
Education runs in Lex’s blood– her father, once an elementary school English teacher is now Education Policy professor, and several of her relatives are teachers, education policy wonks, and former professors– dinner table conversations were always stimulating. Prior to joining EAB, Lex served as a Cabinet Advisor to the Prime Minister of Australia, and as a Policy Advisor in the division of Social Philanthropy & Investment. Prior to that, Lex worked in then University of Pennsylvania’s Development Department to launch the Student & Young Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy programs; she also worked in Penn’s admissions & recruitment divisions in her early career.
Lex graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and Gender Studies, and again from Penn’s Graduate School of Education with a Masters in Higher Education Administration.
