Lex Ruby-Howe

Lex Ruby-Howe is a Vice President of Partner Development at EAB. In her capacity as Vice President Lex oversees the go-to-market strategy for a suite of platforms for prospective partner universities and colleges for Adult, Graduate, and Professional Enrollment growth.

Prior to joining EAB in 2013, Lex served as a Cabinet Advisor to the Prime Minister of Australia, and as a Policy Advisor in the division of Social Philanthropy & Investment. Lex’s career began in the University of Pennsylvania’s Office of Admissions, and later progressed to leadership of Penn’s Student & Young Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy programs.

Education runs in Lex’s blood– her father, once an elementary school English teacher is now Education Policy professor, and several of her relatives are teachers, education policy wonks, and former professors– dinner table conversations were always stimulating.
