Liliana is a Research Analyst and has been with EAB since June 2021. She currently researches gaps in staff recruitment and retention efforts and emerging talent management strategies. Prior to her current role, she was an Associate on the AskEAB team answering partner questions across Facilities, Business Affairs, and University Research.
Prior to her time at EAB, Liliana conducted multiple ethnographic research projects. For her undergraduate thesis, she conducted a virtual ethnography in NYC public high school social studies classrooms where she studied civic education during a global pandemic and a contentious presidential election. She also conducted research on the topic of democracy and schooling in post-colonial Ghana during her semester abroad in Accra.
Liliana graduated from Barnard College in April 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in urban studies and political science, graduating magna cum laude and with departmental honors.
