Lisa Berglund is a senior analyst with the Facilities Forum. Her research has focused on Facilities performance metrics and dashboards, stakeholder communication strategies, talent development, and building a total cost of ownership mindset on campus.
Previously, Lisa worked in enrollment management, helping students and families through the application process and coordinating campus-wide enrollment efforts. Prior to that, she spent time engaging in research and speech writing for the public and private sectors.
Lisa is a Pennsylvania native but has enjoyed living in the DC area for the past decade. In her free time, she writes for Washington Weekender, a travel website about the city.
Lisa graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park with two bachelor’s degrees in English and communication. She also has a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in education policy from UMD.
