Maggie is a senior analyst on the IT Forum. During her time on the team she has focused primarily on data governance, digital transformation, and IT service delivery methods.

Prior to joining EAB, Maggie was in graduate school for higher education administration, where she spent time as a career coach, resident house director, and researcher for NASPA’s New Professionals and Graduate Students Knowledge Community. Her research during graduate school was focused on catholic colleges and universities, institutional leadership, strategic plans, and how different identities affect the job search process for graduate students.

Education

Maggie holds a master’s degree in higher education administration from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University Maryland.
