Megan Speakman

As a strategic leader, Megan has led over 40 partners as she helps align the institution's strategic vision for student success to the technology, ensuring each institution’s workflows drives students to the interventions propelling both the student and the institution forward with their success initiatives.

Prior to her role at EAB, Megan has over 10 years of experience in Higher Education, with the most recent in the role of Starfish administrator at Columbus State Community College, a large, multi-site campus in Central Ohio where she oversaw the Starfish program from implementation to institutionalization for 5.5 years. Additionally, Megan has worked as an advisor, part-time faculty member, and professional tutor with several of those roles utilizing the Starfish platform. In addition to her work with partner institutions, Megan has the privilege of overseeing a team of strategic leaders at EAB.
