Sarah serves as a Managing Director with EAB’s research partner success team. In this capacity, Sarah leads the service team responsible for driving value and maximizing the services available through EAB’s research memberships. Prior to this role, Sarah spent 10 years at the Advisory Board Company, where she led the account management team for its revenue cycle and cost technologies; a suite of nine products which represented approximately $90M in revenue for the firm. Sarah also served as an Account Principal on the National Accounts member services team, partnering with some of the nation’s largest health system executives to help understand their business priorities and map those critical issues to Advisory Board research expertise and services.
Before joining The Advisory Board Company, Sarah served as an Account Director at Discovery Education, a division of Discovery Communications, Inc. In this role, she led an account team responsible for developing and executing implementation plans to drive utilization of a web-based educational tool for K-12 teachers and school administrators to improve student achievement. Prior to that, Sarah spent 6 years in a variety of client service roles at Gartner (formerly known as The Corporate Executive Board) where she led an account team responsible for serving human resources executives at Fortune 500 corporations across the human resources research practice membership programs.
Sarah enjoys spending her free time with her husband and five year-old daughter hiking, biking and going on a variety of outdoor adventures
Sarah earned her Master’s of Business Administration at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Russian and International Studies from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
