As a Principal Strategic Leader with EAB Enrollment Services, Shanelle leads a client team in designing and managing successful programs that move admission clients toward their goals. She came to EAB in 2004 from former electronics giant, Circuit City, where she honed her direct marketing abilities and developed a deep appreciation for the benefits customers gain from strong, attentive customer care.
Shanelle uses her extensive direct marketing experience to develop winning strategies that help clients achieve and often exceed their entering class recruitment goals. She is especially skilled at fostering close, collaborative relationships with everyone she works with and inspiring her team to consider new and better ways to help clients optimize their returns every step of the way.
Shanelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, domestic and international travel, dining, offshore fishing and adventure sports.
Shanelle holds a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business and marketing from James Madison University and is a graduate of the Interactive Marketing Institute.
