Tess is a researcher in EAB’s Strategic Research division. In this role, Tess researches best practices in recruiting, enrolling, and serving adult learners. She transforms these insights into a variety of digital and print content for EAB’s partners, including blog posts, infographics, and white papers.
Tess previously led EAB’s market insights service, where she worked on 500+ research briefs to guide institutions’ professional and adult education portfolios.
When she is not researching the best practices to recruit adult learners, you can find Tess cheering on her beloved San Diego Padres or enjoying her National Park Pass.
Tess earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication summa cum laude from The George Washington University.
