About the Webconference
Institutions need a better approach to analyzing program health. Otherwise, struggling programs may continue to sap resources away from areas of growth and institutional distinction. In this webconference, we will walk through four executive imperatives that can help campuses assemble the right data and ask the right questions to get struggling programs back on track—while also thinking about the incentives, policies, and procedures that may be necessary for flagged programs to be sunset. While these imperatives do not offer any quick fixes, they do provide a systematic, data-driven approach to rightsizing the program portfolio that avoids the failure paths common to other approaches.
