About the Webconference
As the pipeline for skilled trade and other technical talent continues to shrink, more and more institutions have explored establishing or expanding their own apprenticeship or upskilling program. However, many facilities leaders remain concerned about the complexity and costs of these development programs given their already strained time and resources on campus.
In this webconference, the fourth in a four-part series, attendees will learn step-by-step how to develop, launch, and manage an apprenticeship or other talent development program. The webconference will highlight resources and tools from EAB’s facilities talent development toolkit and will conclude by showcasing a series of successful programs at diverse institutions.
This resource is part of the Grow Your Facilities Talent Through Upskilling Programs Roadmap. Access the Roadmap for stepwise guidance with additional tools and research.
