Developing a Data-Driven University

Key Insights

This research examines how a growing number of institutions are investing in data and analytics as critical change management tools. The session profiles the dashboards, key performance indicators, and business intelligence capabilities that are emerging as the new gold standard for university decision support. In addition, we will profile methods employed by progressive institutions to build out the infrastructure for a data-driven culture and, in doing so, liberate scarce Institutional Research and Information Technology resources for higher-order activities.
