The Advancement Organizational Design Review focuses on three functional areas of fundraising shops:

Within two to four weeks from org chart submission, partners will meet with an EAB expert for a 60-minute call on organizational design best practices and strategic investments. Partners will receive tailored recommendations based on their org chart.
