As part of your Business Affairs Forum and Facilities Forum partnerships, participate in EAB’s Customer Satisfaction Pre-Survey Consultation and Post-Survey Review to audit and improve your current higher ed Facilities customer satisfaction survey.

With declining budgets and rising campus expectations, Facilities must better understand customer (faculty and student) expectations to ensure best use of limited resources. However, survey fatigue is high on most campuses, and customer survey responses too often have a negative bias.
