DEIJ Institutional Plan Review
Set a course for strategic DEIJ progress and evaluate your existing university DEIJ plan or an in-progress draft.
As engines of economic and social mobility, higher education institutions play a pivotal role in addressing societal inequity. The effects of the pandemic coupled with renewed outrage over racial injustice has inspired progressive higher education institutions to renew commitments and take bolder action to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ).
As part of our transformation research agenda, EAB analyzed 50+ DEI strategic plans from a wide array of colleges and universities in the U.S. and Canada.
Our research revealed that while institutional DEIJ Strategic Plans or Equity Plans are common, few have a bias for action. Leveraging these learnings, EAB can now work with partners to ensure that their institution has a differentiated, accessible, and actionable plan. EAB experts provide partners with research-driven advice including institutional examples and tailored guidance to improve their current strategy.
