Don’t Lead Alone: A Community of Practice for Leaders Translating Strategy into Action
Develop practical strategies for building alignment, influencing stakeholders, and sustaining institutional progress.
Directors of strategy, chiefs of staff, transformation leaders, and others responsible for leading institutional change are often asked to accomplish some of higher education’s most challenging work. Positioned between executive leadership and implementation teams, they must translate institutional priorities into action, build alignment across stakeholders, and sustain momentum for change.Â
Join a select group of peers for a Community of Practice focused on translating strategy into action. Across four expert-facilitated sessions, participants will engage in candid conversations with peers facing similar challenges and explore proven approaches for navigating complexity, exercising influence, and creating the conditions for lasting organisational change.
Each session combines practical frameworks with facilitated discussion and peer exchange, creating opportunities to learn not only from EAB experts but from one another.
Sessions
The series progresses through four connected sessions:
Participants will leave with:
- Greater confidence leading strategy implementation in complex institutions
- Practical tools and frameworks you can apply immediately
- New perspectives from peers tackling similar challenges
- A trusted network of strategy and transformation leaders
- A clearer approach to advising executive leadership and sustaining institutional change
