EAB New Executives Intensives

EAB's New Executives Intensives provide incoming presidents, provosts, and aspiring leaders with a structured curriculum, expert insights, and peer connections to accelerate their transition and leadership impact in higher education.

EAB’s New Executives Intensives are leadership programs designed to support recently appointed college and university presidents, provosts, and other senior leaders as they navigate the complexities of their new roles. Since launching in 2020, these intensives have served hundreds of executives, fostering a dynamic and engaged alumni community.

Each program offers a comprehensive, data-driven exploration of the most pressing challenges in higher education today, informed by EAB’s renowned research and expertise. Topics include navigating enrollment pressures, addressing academic and mental health challenges, fostering community in polarized times, and harnessing transformative technologies like AI.

These intensives go beyond traditional leadership training by creating a structured, cohort-based experience that connects new executives with seasoned experts and peers facing similar challenges. Participants gain strategic clarity, actionable insights, and a trusted network of colleagues to support their long-term success.

While there is no fee to participate, we ask for a commitment to attend at least four of the six sessions to preserve the cohort’s collaborative spirit and ensure the best experience for all.

Join us and become part of a supportive community of leaders shaping the future of higher education.
