Faculty Morale Collaborative for Independent Schools
Schedule a discussion with EAB’s experts to learn how to secure your seat and get a head start on rebuilding faculty morale in your school.
Too often, best practices exist as theoretical ideals that are showcased at conferences, but rarely scaled in schools. EAB collaboratives are designed to change that narrative, guiding cohorts of school leaders through the collective implementation of proven solutions to complex challenges.
There are few challenges more pressing than the low levels of faculty morale currently present in schools across the nation. Low morale not only makes it harder to retain and recruit high-quality educators, but it also impacts the quality of instruction and support that students are receiving in schools today.
Join our guided program to walk through the step-by-step implementation of a systematic process for raising faculty morale based on best practices from leading organizations across multiple industries. EAB experts will provide the insights and tools you need to successfully establish these practices in your school, while a nationwide cohort of peers will create the community and shared accountability needed to see this through (and celebrate the results!).

Successfully implement faculty morale initiatives through expert-guided workshops
-
1. Diagnose why morale is low by collecting consistent qualitative and quantitative faculty input

-
2. Prioritize threats and possible remedies to low morale
The prioritization matrix will help school leaders prioritize 1-2 root causes of morale and plan communication timelines and next steps in the feedback loop.
-
3. Involve faculty in co-designing solutions by lowering participation barriers
Use EAB’s menu of proven morale-improvement strategies to ideate and refine solutions with faculty, without asking too much of their time.
EAB’s unique approach to raising faculty morale
Success in improving faculty morale is not defined by a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead of trying to improve morale in reaction to every new challenge a school or faculty faces, schools need to make a sustained investment in improving working conditions for faculty to bolster school effectiveness. By adopting an integrated morale feedback loop, schools will achieve reliably high faculty morale and improve their school’s ability to achieve their ever-expanding goals.
