After collecting information about the IT environment and identifying IT strategic goals, the time comes when someone has to put hands to keyboard and produce a draft of the IT strategic plan. Hopefully the steps outlined in the Prepare, Discover, and Distill Phases will help the ITSP working group avoid the tyranny of the blank page.
