Building A Better Behavior Management Strategy for Students and Teachers

Key findings from EAB’s student behavior survey

District leaders have reported a rise in student behavior concerns, which is preventing progress on pandemic recovery efforts, from academics to teacher morale. That’s why in October 2022, EAB conducted a nationwide survey to learn more about the impacts of the pandemic on student behavior. Over 1,100 educators responded across the country, with more than 60 school districts represented.

This executive brief includes key findings from that survey. The bottom line? Educators nationwide agree that student behavioral concerns have gotten even more worrisome in the past several years.
