Striving for Financial Resiliency

Changing Campus Structures and Culture to Encourage Collaboration on Financial Challenges

This event has passed.
Virtual

The magnitude of financial pressures facing colleges and universities today require all faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to actively participate in cost management, efficiency and effectiveness efforts, and resource prioritization activities. However, many units remain set in siloed, ineffective processes, while the vast majority of faculty and staff see financial management as a problem for others on campus to handle.

In this webinar, EAB experts will showcase a variety of strategies to refocus and reorder financial activities on campus, as well as how to strengthen stakeholder recognition of institutional finances.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Expand and diversify channels to communicate financial realities
  • Make cost savings more meaningful to institutional leaders with more ownership and increased funding
  • Educate faculty leaders on improving budget management and create buy-in for executive decision-making
