Join us for the next session in EAB’s Market Analytics Innovation Network. Building on the conversations from our first meeting, we’ll continue exploring how institutions can solve portfolio-market alignment through strategic analytics. This follows up session brings returning participants back into a shared space to deepen the discussion, while also welcoming new colleagues who want to learn from and contribute to the group.

We’ll look at how researchers and institutional leaders are using analytics platforms and datasets, including Lightcast, to inform program development and broader academic strategy. Participants will compare approaches for applying market and competitive data, and we’ll show how EAB synthesizes Lightcast, federal datasets, industry reports, and other sources to provide a clear view of labor market signals and competitive positioning.

This session will include opportunities to reflect on themes from the inaugural meeting, share updated goals, and surface new use cases. Breakout discussions will support practical exchanges on how market intelligence can strengthen decisions about program viability, growth opportunities, and alignment with workforce needs.

Whether you joined the first meeting or are participating for the first time, you’ll leave with a sharper understanding of how to use market analytics to guide academic planning and support institutional priorities.

This session is best suited for institutional market research teams—such as analysts and researchers in the Provost’s office or Continuing Education—who regularly work with Lightcast or similar data tools.
