Join us for a one-hour strategy-focused session designed to help campus partners thoughtfully design and refine intervention pathways using Navigate360’s enhanced case management capabilities. As new case management features are released, we’ll explore how to align feedback collection, triage workflows, and intervention tools into a cohesive, student-centered process.
Participants will examine how to structure alert intake, define clear ownership, and leverage intervention tools within the updated case management experience to drive timely, coordinated support. We will also highlight opportunities to incorporate automations and dashboards to increase visibility, reduce manual work, and strengthen continuous improvement efforts.
