Amanda Faircloth

Amanda Faircloth serves as Senior Director overseeing the K12 Partner Services and Account Management Team. She brings a wealth of partner-focused experience, supporting partner services and account management in various capacities for over 15 years with EAB and its parent company The Advisory Board Company. She has contributed to initiatives related to partner health and impact as well as to ongoing training for the EAB workforce that has contributed to EAB’s ability to retain over 90% of partners year over year. She loves working with her team, EAB researchers, and partners as they tackle their most pressing challenges.

Amanda received a Bachelors in Psychology from Furman University as well as a Masters of Education from the George Washington University. In addition to her time at EAB, Amanda has worked in College Admissions for her alma mater and spent a couple of years as a Social Studies teacher in Northern Virginia. She is also keenly interested in questions of access and equity and has a DEI Certification from Cornell University. She lives in Arlington, VA, with her husband and two children.
